Bookings will be taken online by an easy automated system where you simply select the package and classes you want. The system will only allow bookings for the number of class places available, so no need to choose second preferences – you will be able to see which classes have places available. To use the online booking system, you will need access to the internet and a credit card.

Getting Ready to Book
- Decide which package you will take up: Gold (three days of classes) Silver (two days of classes – do not have to be consecutive days) or Bronze (one day of classes). Read the Booking Conditions.
- Print out the Timetable at a Glance. Read through the class descriptions and select the classes you are interested in. Mark them on the timetable and check that the days do not conflict. Note there is a three day and a two day class
- Choose your classes and have your credit card handy.
- Do NOT choose classes that occur on the same day, otherwise your booking form will not be processed. Make sure you select the package with the correct number of days for your class choices, otherwise your booking will NOT be processed.

CLASS BOOKING CONDITIONS
• Payment of fees must accompany all bookings otherwise the booking cannot be processed.
• Cancellations received in writing before May 1, 2009 will receive a 75 per cent refund of fees paid and will be at Expertise Events sole discretion. After this date there will be no refunds. All cancellations must be forwarded to Expertise Events in writing. Please note that substitutions of the delegate may be accepted in lieu of a cancellation, at the discretion of Expertise Events but, due to limited class numbers, class selection changes cannot be made.
• In the event of a tutor cancellation due to illness or other unforeseen circumstance, the tutor will be replaced and no refunds will be available in this instance.
• Students are required to bring the materials and or kit fee stated on the class description.
• Online bookings for classes close on May 25th, 2009. After that date bookings for classes will need to be made onsite.
• All students in the class are required to pay full fee. No children under 12 years of age will be permitted.

Can I book by phone?
Yes, call 02 9452 7575 with class choices and credit card handy. Have several class choices in case your first preference is full.
Can I pay by cheque?
You can pay by cheque, but you will need to make a phone booking. Have several class preferences chosen. Your class place cannot be confirmed until payment is received.
What do I make?
Please read the class descriptions and consult the timetable. Some classes are project based and others teach you a specific technique. Pictures may illustrate the project or what is possible
What do I need to bring?
Some classes include a kit of all or some materials required in the class. The class description includes mention of any kit fee. If there is a kit, you will need to pay the kit fee directly to the tutor at the start of the class.
Most classes will require the student to bring specific supplies with them. The supply list is on the website. Contact us if you need it sent by mail.
