The Textile Art Festival is held at the Brisbane Exhibition Centre, South Bank For details on driving and parking or public transport to the Brisbane Exhibition Centre, please visit their website www.bcec.com.au The Centre is located in the South Bank precinct, the cultural and entertainment heart of Brisbane. The centre is easily accessible by pedestrians as well as public and private transport. Pedestrian Access From the CBD, pedestrian access to South Bank and the Exhibition Centre is via Victoria Bridge, a 15-20 minute walk from Queen Street Mall. Parking Parking is available directly underneath the Exhibition Centre. Entrance is via Merivale Street (NB. This is a one-way street). Train The South Brisbane Railway Station is located directly behind the Exhibition Centre. Buses Buses service all parts of Brisbane regularly with the new city Busway Station located directly outside the Exhibition Centre. Ferry The Exhibition Centre is a short walk from the South Bank Ferry Terminal. This terminal is serviced by both City Cat and City Ferry serivces.
